I love Linux, it can be so easy sometimes to get what you want with a little manipulation ^.^;

I got into the root account in under 10min, created a new user with sudo (w/o passwd) privileges, and full admin status over the system in about 5min. Done on an unfamiliar machine and on a previously unknown OS. Fedora Core 5 ftw

Further Confusion 2008: Day 1 (Thursday)

Well, it’s that time of year again… yup, time to bust out the suit and glowsticks and head off to Further Confusion 2008. Thursday couldn’t have come any sooner as I hurried off to complete my last minute preparations. Started packing some items into a small duffel (I only live 10 miles from the hotel ^.^), I grabbed my camera and wisely turned it on… damn batteries were dead. I began digging through my room for the charger, finally finding it in the least obvious spot on my desk.

With Further Confusion 2008 only days away, it is only natural to post on my preparation status…Still need to wash my suit… looks like I’ll be riding my bike and using public transit instead of a car this year… :/

Well, I just set out and recorded (a poor quality) song that’s solely done on my 5-string bass. It’s fairly simplistic and still has a few mistakes in it, but it does have a few redeeming qualities.
